Better Ballymun Day

Back in January 2020, on a cold dark day, a brilliant bright idea was born – by
the awesome students from Trinity Comprehensive. The idea, simple. Create
a Better Ballymun for everyone to live in. Supported by Ballymun Tidy Towns,
teachers & the principal of Trinity Comprehensive, students rallied together
clubs, agencies, organizations, Dublin City Council and locals from the area to
take part in a day of action. On the 28th of February 2020, after weeks of meticulous planning, encouragement, support, begging, borrowing, and charming people into action- an army of volunteers invaded Ballymun and what unfolded was positively brilliant! The start of a REVOLUTION called ‘BETTER BALLYMUN’.
